The Right Message for the Right Audience: Social Marketing 101
This training will walk you through the basics of effective social marketing campaigns, from designing your campaign and developing messages for your target audience to integrating storytelling into your brand. We will share best practices while critically evaluating a series of real-world case studies.
Training sign-up is generally available 2-4 weeks prior to the scheduled training, right up to the start of the training.
You will need a computer with internet access to watch the training presentation and a telephone to listen to the presenters. You will be sent a link via email to the training website and a telephone number to call. You will also be given a link to check if your software is up-to-date to access the training, which we recommend you do prior to the training.
